REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Eligibility
Parkdale Pottery understands that circumstances may arise where a camper is unable to attend our summer camp as planned. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity on eligibility for refunds and the process for requesting them. Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation by Parkdale Pottery: In the event that Parkdale Pottery cancels a summer camp session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment, all registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
- Medical Emergency or Illness: If a camper is unable to attend camp due to a medical emergency or illness, a partial refund may be provided upon submission of appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor's note). The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting any non-recoverable costs incurred by Parkdale Pottery from the total camp cost.
- Withdrawal by Participant: If a participant needs to withdraw from the summer camp for any reason other than those mentioned above, a partial refund may be granted according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal more than 30 days before the start of the camp session: A full refund will be issued minus a 25% non-refundable administrative fee.
- Withdrawal less than 30 days before the start of the camp session: A refund of 50% of the program value will be honored.
- Withdrawal less than 2 weeks before the start of the camp session: No store credits or refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Request Process

Refund requests will be reviewed by Parkdale Pottery administration, and decisions will be made based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
3. Non-Transferability of Fees
Camp fees are non-transferable between participants unless expressly permitted by Parkdale Pottery administration. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used for registration.

Parkdale Pottery reserves the right to make changes to camp sessions, including activities and locations. Refunds will be provided according to the terms outlined in this policy if the changes prevent a participant from attending the camp session.
